No, he doesn't write well in english at all. Your writer doesn't seem to understand basic rules of capitalization and punctuation.

Besides that, the entire article is trite and boring. It's just ad copy, and it's poorly written ad copy at that.

i would have to say no on the second one to. I read the first paragraph and stopped there which was more than I was going to read. I than skimmed through the rest briefly. It looks as though it is supposed to be an article based on knowing your limits. Instead I get this impression of someone who is just rambling over a lot of nothing.

The article closes with the writer pushing to hard.

Not to mention it's very obvious that the writer does not speak fluent English.
