VB forum - thread links

Static URLs are always good, but one thing I'm very skeptical of is changing URLs of already existing pages.

PAW uses the same rewrite system as that forum, see www.vbseo.com.

I have vb forum...

I saw on another vb forum that the links for the topics are like this:

http://forum.computergames.ro/1-jocuri-pc/226563-csmanager.html
http://forum.computergames.ro/11-rpg/47925-seria-gothic/page-70.html

this is new for me... is this thing better for seo/google?
