help with pokerroom

Almost everyone i convinced to join the pokerroom had this same problem.

The registered an account and when asked which country they resided in were told that they did not live in the uk?

Well they all do as do i and i couldn't open a real account either for this reason.

Why is this?

Any help appreciated as i geared my sites up to promote it and got nothing but complaints from my players which is very bad for business, therefore removed it.

This sounds strange, so please let me know the nickname you used to sign up with, or the account # I can look into this.
