Private Tournaments

I've read in this forum that it soon will be possible to arrange private tournaments on PokerRoom.com.
Will it be possible for all your players and all your affiliates to arrange private tournaments, or will there be any sort of restriction, like Absolute Poker, you have to accumulate 10.000 player points or something?

Will it be possible to arrange a sort of private step-tournament?

Will it be possible for us affiliates to fund the tournaments, making it a freeroll for our members?

How will the arrangement be on password/restricted access?

I have some proposals

-make lower buy ins too (1$, 3$)
-put a field with "tourney name"
-people that had many cancelled (4-5) tourneys shouldnt create one too soon

I agree this needs to be tweaked, also to allow freerolls if PokerRoom.com wants to use this function as attracting new players as an affiliate tool, and not just a neat feature for their members.

Freeroll is a "must have"
There should be some additional tools for us affiliates.

I would think that a "Step Tournament" would be great.
Let's say you have 3 levels, and you put in $10 for each player.
Then a 10-player sit-and-go will have $100 prize.

Level 2 can then be a $100 entry.
Prize-pool of $1000.

Level 3 can then be a $1000 entry.
Prize-pool of $10 000!

No payout until level 3 is reached.
With the success I have with PookerRoom I wouldn't reach level 3 in a million years.
But it would be a great promo: $10,000 freeroll, exclusive for my members.

I'm really happy to be involved in this forum.

Only real money Private Tournaments can be created and only real money players are allowed to create them.

As yet, we do not have the functionality to create freeroll private tournaments, but this is in plan for the next release, and I will keep you updated as to when this is.

A password is required for signing up to the Private Tournament. It is chosen and communicated by the creator of the tournament - participants must state the correct password to be able to register to the tournament.

How can I set up more than 3-4 tournaments at pokerrom in a short period of time? (2 weeks)?
And being 100% sure nothing wrong will happen.

I think it let you make only 2.
What if you enter one by mistake?
