about my account stats!

i have sent players to nutspoker at 22th and 23th of this month, but in my

account I only can see the player that i have sent at 22th.

So far ,I didn't see my account that have updated, I can not see the

player that I have sent at 23th.

Is There something wrong with your Trail system?

Im starting to get pretty pissed off myself. Waiting even 3-4 days for stats is utterly retarded. Everyday I come back and check and still nothing. There needs to be someone updating the system daily. We have a lot of time and money invested in this. Maybe its more important to me then others.

Patience is wearing thin. I rather make less $ per player and have my stats daily.

Ermm why are you signed up with paw then?

You can ask for screenshots of your stats to be emailed to you.

These things take time, they have to have all the stats scraped, and occasionally problems arise because of it.

I like to let my PAW stats "marinate" for a few days... The longer I wait, the better they are.

On a serious note I guess it would be important if you were doing PPC or something like that and had to see what was working and what wasn't. If that is the case then use a direct tracker, and if it works switch it to a PAW tracker.

The same reason your with paw. Its suppose to make things much easier. I send PM's with no response, I post on the board with no response. I think Cake porking me out of players anyway. They are trying to tell me my best friend is under someones elses tracker when he never had cake before. They said because he didnt clear his cookies maybe thats why he is affiliated to someone else. If it wasnt for me, he would not even be a player at cake. If one of your players clicks through a link 5 months ago and does not sign up but finds your website and decides to sign up, there is a chance they wont be tracked to you. Thats absolutely abserd.

So yeah, I have been pushing for answers on my stats here at paw now as a result. I want to know if my stats are really showing up as Zero?

I've gotten no response.

just to second this ive been sending emails and help tickets for a week and have not gotten a response . My fulltilt stats are still short . i have requested screenshots , but no reply . And the reason i went thru paaw is that i was sick of earning 8% at Tilt , but right now the 8% seem better

Its not that either of us are trying to be jerks but it's the 29th of November and we have no idea what our true stats are other then we know they are short.

When logged into the Backend it shows all the sites were updated on the 27th. I dont see how thats possible.

I don't blame you for being pissed. I think it's unacceptable and I am equally frustrated. I feel like I can only send so many emails to people in Lithuania.........

I don't run the support desk and I am obviously not a coder or scraper. Much of these support issues are contingent on the technical aspect of the network.

For FullTilt I see the exact same number of RMP's in our PAW backend as are on the main FT report for the PAW account. I remember a few months ago there was an issue with players disappearing from FT reports...... not sure if this is a similar situation....

Regarding Cake I see it hasn't updated since the 29th of October. I tried logging into our aff. account and running a report and it keeps timing out. Shenaz said that this problem should be fixed tomorrow..... Nonetheless unacceptable.

I share in your frustrations and some things need to change very quick.............

Give me the login lol. I have no problem with it loading stats on my end other then cake jippin me players.
