With the recent policy enforcements by Party Poker to their affiliates who have "poached" players from other affiliates, I was wondering if this will have any affect on PAW, its deal with Party and the PAW members?
For example if there are PAW members who have to "repay" earnings to Party for their poached players, will this affect other PAW members who have legitimate players and earnings?
I sent an email off to GAZ on this, he deals with our contacts at Party. My initial guess however would be that people promoting on PAW will NOT be affected. Keep in mind that collectively we have hundreds of trackers and send thousands of players each month. Doing this to PokerNews and PAW would be very difficult.
