Whilst your players might have since handled good value at the casinos, at the point of termination, they were not a part of the list that was sent through to us.
To reiterate the point in the previous emails, we are paid for players that the rooms identify as handling good value. They reserve the right to withhold payment on any player that their systems identify as not being of that value or fraudulent. This is highlighted in the terms and conditions of the PAW network and on the rooms.
We have communicated extensively with them regarding players that were sent through, and have fought hard to ensure that we are getting an accurate breakdown on the players with good value.
After the termination of the agreement, the casinos have insisted that the final list of player IDs is accurate and we will not be receiving payment on any other player not on the list.
As a result of this, we have taken a loss because we had already fulfilled payments on low-value players from previous months, without receiving the payments from the casinos themselves.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to progress any further with this investigation."
These casinos were really crooks. I didn't got paid for a dozen of good players I sent them, and the PAW network neither got paid.
Just because the were some chinese affiliates that tryed to scam the casinos we are all in the same wallet.
We should do something about it.
