Received offer for co.uk site

I received an email showing interest in buying a co.uk site of mine last week. The site is PR3 with low traffic (16 visitors/day this year). Biggest month was August with 704 total visits.

It has some content on it but I have not worked on it for a long time and pretty much forgot about it. Should I just sell it for $50 or how much would it be worth? Please advise. PAW members of course welcome to bid.
