Selling top earner, 4250 uniques in june, 1000 backlinks, absolute steal

I am selling http://www.hustlecards.com

There were 4250 uniques in June compared to 3200 in May. Avg 140 uniques per day.

The site is doing very well in the search engines, and google views it as a very important site.

If someone had time to regularly update this site and do SEO they would make a killing right off the bat.

Currently I am ranked #1 for the term "poker article" out of 31,000,000 sites, out ranking sites such as pokerlistings, pokerpages, and pokersourceonline.

Here is another example of our site's power, for the term "audio poker strategy" , searched roughly 3000 times a month according to overture, we rank #4 and we only have the word audio poker strategy listed once on our website - and it's an external link I put up only a week ago!

If you can believe it , I even out rank PAW for the term "Poker Affiliates" on MSN!

I know I can make good money from this site but I don't have time to fulfill it's potential as I am involved in several larger projects with a new partner.

Has anyone seen the movie "Wall Street"?

Sometimes you just move on which is what I'm doing. Plus, the only way to make real money in any industry is to do well, sell and move on. How often do you see CEO's run a fortune 500 company for 10 or more years?Never!

I love the poker industry, but with my talents, I can just simply put them to better use elsewhere and make much more money. Sounds like a no brainer to me!

Well I see you are banned now. Congrats I can't even remember someone ever getting banned from PAW before.

Just to let you know if this doesn't get cleared up in the next couple days I will be selling the site on all the major marketing and affiliate forums as well as ebay. PAW and one other forum got the chance first, but if we don't get any confirmations we are going ahead and selling it to a stranger
