tracker not working properly

[psmoney]

I have been emailing back and forth with my affiliate manager because I had somebody sign up and deposit $100 and play some already on Jan. 30th but has not show up anywhere on my account. I was just wondering if anybody else has had these problems?

This is horrible I watched my friend sign up on paradise through me while looking at my paradise traffic checker and it showed that he clicked yet paradise says he came to them directly and not through my link. What should I do and how often is this happening with other visitors to my site?
