How come so many sites dont offer CPA? Are they scared people will scam it, just stick a FPP requirment on it.

Most sites do offer a CPA, it's just not advertised. I used to work these deals out all the time on all the casinos, and still do on ours. You've got to contact the affiliate manager or media buyer and request a CPA.

To go out with the option to get paid by CPA attrats lots of scammers. Everything is negotiable if you contact your AM.

I think a majority of sites offer CPA. What sites do not?

Most poker programs officially ofer only rev. share

No I would disagree Itay. I did not know that I had any ability to request something different than what was offered to me. The rooms may not be forthcoming about it but options are avialble on a an individual basis. Something I am just learning...if you dont ask you will never know

This is just flat incorrect. Most poker programs offer both.
