Offline Promotion Ideas:
- Wear a t-shirt that has your poker site or bonus code on it. It could read, "www.YourPokerSite.com - Poker Tips, Poker Room Reviews, Free Poker Cash" or PartyPoker.com - FREE Bonus Cash - Use Bonus Code FREE25" You could even give these shirts to family and friends for free. http://www.cafepress.com is a great place to make and purchase your shirts.
- Bumper stickers with your poker site or bonus codes on them. You can even do car window decals.
- If you are also an online poker player you could use your player image (avatar) to promote your poker site.
- Business cards with your poker site or bonus codes on them. Place them everywhere, including drive-through windows, casino entrances, etc.
- Distribute flyers.
- Advertise in your local newspaper in the sports section.
- Make a whole bunch of yard signs with your poker room bonus code on them and place them all over town.
- Arrange a private tournament online for all your friends. They don't need to know that you make money from it! You could do it every month and encourage your players to find new players. This could also be done with fund-raising groups. Give them a piece of the pie for every signup.
- Solicit poker related shops in your area and get them to signup as a sub-affiliate. Tell them you will make them poker CD's (Party) with their affiliate I.D. imbedded in them and they pay for the material. They could give them free to their customers. You could also do this with business cards.
I don't know the legality of doing these in your area, so it might be good to know what is legal and not legal.

You know what somehow worked for me?
I put about 200 business cards inside the cases of Red Bulls. I have a buddy that drives a Red Bull van and I talked him into letting me slip a card into just about every 4 pack of red bull he had. Over the course of a week I unloaded about 200 cards. I got 6 real player accounts from this so far and it only cost about $5 and about 10 minutes of work.
Sometimes you just got to look at all the opportunities...
