Hi!
Me and my friend are setting up this little affiliate business. We will first start with signups(CPA) promoting it offline(flyers) and online.Atm im affilate at party and 888, what else should i join? Website is still under constructions and will be published any day now. I was wondering, if i could start with rakeback aswell now, but i cant get good deals now. How can i improve this(subaffiliate?) ? Also i would like to hear some advices about marketing my website online.

Thanks
rok

I am still very new and learning by the day...but read as much as you can on this forum and others. Not just skimming over things seriously read it and bookmark things you think are important. Search other forums who deal with SEO and read the Q & A's posted there. There will be so much to take in that it can seem overwhelming but you will benifit. Good luck to the both of you

It depends on what rooms you are going to promote, but most rooms will allow you to start out offering rakeback if you would like.

My suggestion is to look at the forums on PAW with the various poker rooms listed there. Read the threads and see which rooms look like a good fit for your business model.

Regards,

Mark

I think it is better to start trying to promote without using rakeback. If you can do this successfully, then start adding some rakeback deals. I would promote the sites on the PAW system. Full Tilt and Party are great sites to promote. Which rooms you choose will also depend on where you are located. As for marketing your site online... start to research SEO, write catchy articles which you can submit to popular sites such as Digg, etc, some people use PPC (personally I have never tried it). Read the forums, there are plenty of great ideas to be found on this site.

Good luck!
