boarderman and i made this site together, its a partner project. I already know I need a link back to the home page from the forum, and im changing the logo from a .png file to something else, as it takes forever to load. Any comments would be appreciated

In the News and Events Section you might want to add some NEWS via RSS Feeds. I know its tough to start out.....but take it a little bit at a time and have fun with it.

Not a bad start fellas. I would say the most importnat thing now is to work on loading it with content and maybe thinking of something or some type of promotion that will differentiate your site from the other 1000's of poker sites out there.

Yeah, today I'm going to try and get an RSS feed up for the news. Eventually I want to get original news, be it by us writing or by getting a writer, but for now that will have to do. Our main goal now is content (new articles/reviews), getting people on the forums, so it is active, and link exchanges. Anything else you think we should be focusing on?

Its a start and from when I looked yesterday it seems you've added a lot of stuff. Id try to target something in specific though. It would make things easier imo.

I would change the links and reviews for "Suns Poker" to "Sun Poker".....unless the Phoenix Suns have a poker room I'm not aware of.

I agree with Jeremy, it is a good start but needs some content and some sort of unique feature.

There are thousands of poker sites that offer much of the same things. It would help your site if you could come up with something unique to offer your users. Although, this is not entirely necessary to be competitive and successful, it does help. Just an idea.

Some affiliates focus on one particular aspect of online poker, like tournament strategies, 7 card stud, analyzing opponents play, the different holdem variations, and so on.
