I'm usually up for suits but in that weather I really dunno. That's a tough call.

Nick, just go Tony Soprano style. Some expensive cackies, a silk shirt, your Rolex, and of course plenty of gold jewelry.

Too hot down there for suits.

Good point, luckily I am a golfer so have an infinite selection of Tommy Bahama gear in the closet.

Summed up what I was thinking.

There are some spots in the bahamas with ok surf but not sure about Atlantis. I highly doubt it. I believe Eleuthra has the best spots, but not sure where they are in location to this Atlantis place.

It's not really going to be much of a conference, more just a chill out so what the hell just get out the beach wear and enjoy the swim shorts + polos

Default cost of trip

The cheapest package I found on Hotwire was over $1,000 per person, from the 7th to the 12th, air and hotel (food seemed to be included).

Anybody seen any better deals?

Why you looking for a package? I just paid $345/ticket for round trip from "da norte" so you shouldn't have much of a problem. The dates I used were the 6th to the 13th. Sometimes there are hundreds of dollars difference just cuz of the day you leave and return, so staying an extra day could save you enough to pay for the extra hotel costs.

Anyways, fuck the suits, that's Vegas style. Jeremy has a good point though, Soprano style seems to be the best fit for June in the B's... which color Rolex are we going with this year Jeremy?
