I didn't check robots.txt, that is good news. If you want a better understand ing of why it is dangerous you should go to a webmaster forum and look for 302 hijacking threads. The short answer is such links like that can hijack your own listing. It's happened to Absolute Poker, Paradise Poker, Google (for a few hours) and many others. Since pokerlistings disallows them being followed, you should be okay.
The pagerank they don't send to you is just thrown away so they don't benefit from it, but link exchanging with them is a one way street in terms of link power. Traffic is a different issue and can balance the deal (X gives Y pagerank, Y gives X more traffic). Still, "nofollow"-ing links to them would be appropriate since they do not send you anything at all in terms of search engines... especially if you link from your homepage, such a link is way to generous to them under the circumstances, imo.
The links get "partially indexed" because Google sees them in the code, and thus give them pagerank. They don't index the redirect URLs as "pages" though because of the robots.txt disallow.
