Canadian NETELLER accounts...insufficient funds?

Just curious as to why you are having cheques sent rather than just EFT into your Bank account?

The EFT feature at Neteller may have worked for you, but I have been trying to set that up for months. CIBC for some reason doesn't work well with neteller....well not with me anyways. And of course the neteller people take forever to help. A week goes by every time there is a slight mishap. Fail once with the bank and then try to get neteller to set it up again...useless.

I have sent out a release to 957 players to hold despositing to neteller. I suspect they are on the brink of disaster...if not they will be...

2+2 Neteller update thread

this link puts you at around page 42. Interesting comments about affiliates using neteller.

later on page 46 top (if you are lazy use this link) they talk about bouncing cheques in canada.


Neteller is laying off 220 people from their Calgary office (which was originially set up to handle the US traffic). And looking at the companies press release dated feb 18,....

A further part of the Group’s rationalisation programme will include a review of the Group’s property requirements and may include a sale or partial lease of certain of the Group’s Calgary-located facilities.

Obviously the layoffs will add to the already burdened customer service. I stopped all rooms from pointing my payments into neteller until they get this stuff straight.
