Neteller cashouts to Bank Of America?

I've already heard that after being slapped with tons of fines, Bank Of America has stopped sending money out to neteller accounts. In addition I've heard they are about to freeze out epassporte with the recent influx of deposits.

My question, has anyone received an EFT cashout from neteller to Bank of America lately? I have one in que and am wondering if I should just cancel the cashout and do it via the neteller ATM card instead - especially if BofA is just going to decline the cashout anyway!
