Party Gaming agrees to buy Empire Online

I was checking stocks today and noticed that Party Gaming has agreed to buy Empire online. Just thought this was interesting piece of news considering there recent retraction from the US market. Looks like they are trying to maneuver for more of the no US market. I dont know how this will effect affiliates but time will only tell. This is not a done deal yet but is looks like it going to happen. Any thoughts?
