Me- Yeah?

Me- serious.
Him- Dead.

It happened, I deposited and turned 100$ into 600$ in under 15 minutes.

Now he gets massive commision or he had a bit to much wacky tabacky.

Are you trying to get someone to bankroll you for roulette here?

Casino webmasters don't make money from players when you win unless they are on a good cpa deal, in which case you will never see another $100 of course. Though he may just be bankrolling you on a different casino everyday and has a $300 or so CPA there and figures you will clear the min required bets with you're system.

That's probably it. They offered me a $400+ CPA and I believe the requirements for a player were quite small, so I'd expect that's what they're doing.
