Default UltimateBet In House Affiliate Program

I just started promoting UltimateBet through their in-house affiliate program (not incomeaccess) but I can't figure out how to properly view reports (aka find out how much money I'm making). I log in at affiliate.ultimatebet.com go to MyReports -> Customer Summary and I get absolutely nothing. What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. Their affiliate program sucks. It takes 15 minutes to load and the stats say nothing. Then all of a sudden at the end of the month i get an email that says my commisions have been paid to my player account.

Very lame i never check stats anymore.

Yeah, their program does suck. Access is their biggest problem.

After you log in, click my reports. I sometimes have to put my mouse over that link twice (I have no idea why). If you click "customer performance" and select date range - you should get who is playing for the month and their time at the table, rake etc.

If you place your mouse over "account register" and select a payment period - you will see what your commission is.

Hope this helps....I know there affiliate program could use a huge overhaul!!! I have no idea how they are going to acquire some of the US players floating around without our help.

IF THERE ARE ANY UB AFFILIATE MANAGER LISTENING....MAKE YOUR STATS MORE AFFILIATE FRIENDLY...OR YOU WILL NOT GET OUR HELP SENDING PLAYERS

Who is going to bother with UB when there are several excellent affiliate programs out there.

I used to bitch to them on aweekly basis. THeir old inhouse program stats package I liked. This one (the updated version) is so poorly designed I half hardidly offerred to help them fix it, but they said no.

It takes forever.
Its poorly designed. Intuitively its terrible. 3 steps to do 1 run.
Stats offerred are not useful.

I still like UB though as a room.

For me, UB's player value is the worst. Probably because they don't pay for tournament fees. Their reports are worthless. I only continue to promote them because I'm too lazy to take down all their pages.

I had a meeting this week with some people very highly connected to UB. I was showing them various affiliate reporting sites. I didn't want to show them UB's because I didn't want to embarass them. They made me, it took 20 minutes before we gave up. They couldn't believe what they saw.

Luckily a phone call was made, there are some new big changes happening at UB that will be very good for all of us. I know that has been said before but this time I truly believe it is different.
