Something just came up today when I was looking at a few sites. Theres a site that posts tournaments in their forum, from all over Ohio. When I was looking at his tournament listings, I noticed for all of the Columbus tournaments he just copies my pages directly and posts them. Its not really a big deal to me, but isn't this technically considered as content copying? I'm sure if I tell him to stop, he will just reword the listings and keep posting.

Well it comes down to: Can you prove he has copied it directly from your site ?
It is very difficult to prove if it is a list of "facts" - and as you say he can just reword a few of the listings....technically everything is protected by copyright, however unless he is copying entire articles/pages there is not much you can do.

Besides, if it is not a big deal...not worth the trouble, however a polite backlink request might give you a free backlink
