I certainly perfer to start at the bottom and work up. As long as you work at it, you dont stay on the bottom long.

In a very competetive rakeback industry, it will be hard to be successful offering ~20% rakeback deals when your competitors offering a lot higher percentages and giving automated instant payments. Yes I do agree that it is nice to start at the bottom and work your way up to the top, but this is very hard to do with new rakeback sites popping up every day increasing the markets very competitive nature.
