I believe you would need to code it something like this, if in php:
$message = \n First Name: $firstname \n Last Name: $lastname \n Email: $email \n anchor text: $anchor \n url: $url \n Site: $select1 \n Hands: $hands
\n Comments: $textarea";
$tomail = "
[email protected]";
$subject = "New Link Request!";
"n First Name" would denote what you see in your email after "First Name" and the "$firstname" is the form object that it is getting that information from. For example in the above instance, "n Comments" is pulling that info from the text box named "$textarea"
