baby advertising???

[PokerMaster]

I just got this email in my inbox, not really sure what to make of all this!! I think it's quite funny, reminds me a bit of that bumvertising post.

I have a great idea for your company to get noticed! How about bidding on our eBay Auction and having your own celebrity spokesperson??? Please view our eBay Auction item # 5631808681 at www.ebay.com? We would love to represent your company. What better than a 4 year old (adorable and full of personality and smart as a whip) to get your company noticed. It might not sound like something you would normally do, but I think you should at least read the auction.

You can also read about what happened with our first auction with his baby brother, Baby Jake (we have the story on the current auction). It was a complete success! We had Baby Jake on eBay a few months ago and now he is Product Ambassador for ChatGuard (software which protects children from online predators). We were interviewed by Fox and Friends (FOX cable) live and in many newspapers and radio stations. We have an ongoing blog for Jake and you can see everything (including the live interview with FOX and his Press Release) by going to www.chatprotection.com.

Think of the show Apprentice and how they advertise. Think of the publicity GoldenPalace.com has received. This could be very rewarding. Think of the buzz you would get!!! Especially since his baby brother is Ambassador for such a good cause.

The Auction expires Saturday, November 12th.

I got the email also. Spamming all ebay members I guess.

For $300 I'd better be able to eat the baby.
