He lives in Boston, goes by AJ 'the triple threat' and grandgnu on various forums...he posts on PAW as RakeReport.net I think

Any way you guys can force him to stop posting on a name that is an infringement of my legal domain ownership and copyrights?
Hey, do I don't work for CAP. That info may help people trying to help you out though. Good luck!

I believe you are confusing Graham with Greg Powell.

This is all a buncha junk. The Dean or secret sauce- If you are worth half as much as you claim, you would have this guy in court in no time, and really I would think you would move on and work on other ventures. I mean really man!

Ban Please

Come on bro -- seriously, this whole thing is getting really old. I normally don't delve into dramz like this, but daaaaamn....just be the bigger man and accept you're probably not getting anything back. Things happen in this business that are unforseeable at times (such as this) -- like with your other past shortcomings you're gonna have to just bounce back and try and hit it harder than before. That's really your best and only solution to this right now.

I agree, I'm nowhere near the size of the ballers of the industry but over 10K? I'd just write it off and move on. I have sooo many other projects that I can devote time to to make that money back in short order.

Methinks he perhaps exaggerated a touch, so as to save face...

It isn't about money. Not everything is about money. It was my first ever website or project in poker, now I have like 20 sites, it was my first love. He made it look like crap for one...two I just want it back. And I'd be happy to use 100% of the advertising for my own sites lol
