Default Income Access - What a Joke!

Yet another reason why things like the PAW network are so much better than all those other crap affiliate networks (read the emails bottom to top):

Hi Jamie,
Frankly, that is the most pathetic offer I have ever received from a poker site. Considering an average player in this industry is valued around $500, I do not know where you come up with these numbers for CPA offers. Does this mean that Ladborokes is only paying you guys £50.00 per player? If so, maybe you should consider moving over to the PAW network (http://www.pokeraffiliateworld.com/P...etwork.cms.htm) where you can get some more realistic CPAs. You obviously have no desire to actually be listed on my site, so I will let you know that I am 100% not interested.
The funniest part about this offer for me is even if I refer over 40 players based on your commissions below, I am still less than the "Refer-a-friend" program listed on the site. In case you aren't familiar with your client, here is the refer a friend policy:
"If your friends are not currently members of Ladbrokes Poker, why not take advantage of our Refer-a-friend promotion? This can earn you $50 for each friend you successfully refer. You can access Ladbrokes Poker’s Refer-A-Friend promotions from the same Lobby menu that contains the Manage Private Table function."
Please remove me from any of your lists and delete my account from income access. If you need my username I will provide it to you.
Thank you,
Graham

He's given you the sportsbook rates. Either the guy hasn't got a clue what he's talking about or they are on a massive mark-up. The poker rates direct with the site are as follows (which are much better when you realise it's in £'s - so that's up to $200):-

Quote:
By choosing the bounty scheme, you can earn up to £100 for every sign up.

You will qualify for a £50 bounty per new real active player once they purchase, cash and play with a minimum of £50 worth of pokerchips. This will be an accumulated amount which means that your referred customer can make multiple deposits, but you will only qualify for your bounty when the customer has purchased, cashed and begun to play with at least £50 worth of chips.

You will also earn an extra £50 if and when that customer has generated £250 of net revenue (rake) for Ladbrokespoker.com

Thats what I though too. Sportsbook CPA are much much much less than poker and casino.

I don't know where you got sportsbook from in there, but read where he/she says the prices:

> Poker
> Registrations
CPA
> 0-20 £ 20.00
> 21-40 £ 25.00
> 41+ £ 30.00

Well I would hope that they would take a second to confirm that they are giving me the right numbers before emailing them. In this case obv not, or the guy is a mega lowballer.

Yeah IA are clueless..........

I spoke to them about this and they confirmed those cheap rates even though if you sign up directly to Ladbrokes you will get £50 + £50 extra cpa when they rake £250 or something

Here is there last response.....

Hi Graham,

Thanks for your feedback, please note Income Access does not determine the commissions levels for a merchant. The merchant sets the Rev share and CPA levels. When merchants integrate we send them recommended commission rates based on Industry standards but at the end of the day the merchant decides the commission payouts. We are happy to send your feedback to Ladbrokes. Would you like us to send them the feedback about the standard CPA? In saying all of this we can negotiate a new CPA.

How much is VC paying you for the CPA?

Kind Regards

Jamie

Hi there,
I am the Poker Affiliate Manager at Ladbrokes. Please do email me directly on with any concerns. I'd really appreciate the feedback.
Graham - perhaps we could have a chat directly?
Best,
Jason
