Are you NUTS?!?

Read between the lines!

The "Agencies" want to over-block any transaction that even smells of gambling!

Credit cards, checks, debit cards, WU, and any form of money transfers.

Even you affiliates could loose the ability to get or cash checks from poker sites because the banking system coded that merchant or bank account as a "unlawful Internet gambling" site.

The regs even say lets put in place "monotoring" systems to get the tranactions we don't get in the first few passes.

Then the Agancies go so far as to assure the banking system if the reg fails you could put all these gambling source of funds merchants and recipents on the OFAC list.

The OFAC list a semi-secret list of merchants and even whole countries whom the US banking system will have nothing to do with in any way shape or form!

It goes on further to propose procedures to not only block accounts, but to suggest closing US accounts associated with unlawful gambling ties of any kind, and even FINES!

Wake up people.

If this piece of crap is allowed to go as written, we'll be in court for a decade, just to get where we are today!
