Acquiring a Skin

[TheDean]

I don't know a great deal about this and am looking for some input. What does it take to acquire a skin of a major network? Start-up costs as well as what are they looking for from you to qualify you as a credible promoter?

Do they typically handle everything but the marketing for you? What are the standard %'s they retain for their services?

Can anybody recommend a good network?

Usually 40-50k start up and then a %. Large networks won't allow you to join unless you have at least a million for marketing.

Interesting to read stuff from a couple of years ago, and to see how most of them appear to have fizzled.
Anybody know of any that did not?
