Need a designer to make a vb skin

Does anyone know a good designer that can make me a clean vb style?

The problem with the sites I found is that they accept payments thru pal and I can only pay using wire transfer, moneybookers, western union.

Or maybe he is a poker player and wants on stars

For a unique design and coding i think your talking $500+ for vB...

I think that was the bottom end of the price range when i looked around a while back.

Use MYBB, its basically a free version of vbulletin apparently.

Not as many mods, as there are less people working on it, but i'm sure it will soon be the best open source forum available.

Theres tons of sites which offer free skins...

My skin is a free skin, originally it was an ipod skin but ive edited it slightly in terms of its look and ive also installed many mods.

just search google for free skins find a decent base one that you like then have some graphics created to give it your own personal little touch.

id strongly suggest not just sticking with the default skin!
