How to buy a domain-website?

Hi!

What would you suggest to prevent scams?

The guy is a member of CAP since 2005, but has less than 50 posts, most from the 3 previous months.

Should I pay half before transfer and half after?

Other suggestions?

I have a feeling I know who you are talking about and if it is who I think it is make sure you check out copyscape.com against his pages and you may have a change of heart. But if its all good why not use an escrow service?

I recommend Escrow as well. I've done transactions through Escrow and everything went smooth.

Escrow.com is very good for this.
