IMO (and many other players)...Absolute player support is the worst in the industry. Does Absolute have any plans on fixing this issue? It has a direct impact on my earnings so I figured I would post my concern here. Thanks

I wish I still had copies of the emails between me and AP support. Maybe if I still bothered playing there I would have some great ones for you. But I dont even bother to play there much anymore.

My guess is that AP monitors how many emails CS personnel respond to in a day and do exactly zero quality control, so what we have is high volume horsecrap being sent out in response to earnest questions.

email support response time at other poker sites= 30 minutes MAX

email support response time at absolute= 24 hours if they even bother to respond!
