Stats Seem Off , And not updating Daily - Page 2

Hi Guys,

The Income Access rep was supposed to post her regarding the stats issue as well, but only did at CAP. Here is her explananation ( I thought it would be appropriate to hear from IA directly). Please read below:

The IA stats were not real because the client was not live from May 1, and there was no checking or monitoring going on with these stats. The stats loaded twice on some days causing the data to double, which we verified after you brought this to our attention so we could help resolve the confusion. Bottom line is that UB stats in IA were not accurate and should not have been displaying as UB were no longer a live merchant in the network.

As ide from the stats issue, the lack of communication is a big problem, at least for me, anyway.

It is difficult to be confident in promoting a program if you can't be sure that you can resolve player problems.

I used the chipleader program email contact to question my stats, and the one line reply that I got directed me to Tarlan at vegaspoker247 for 'further assistance'. That makes no sense to me, but my email questioning that reply hasn't been answered yet.
