Tips on how to get more traffic using methods that are free or cost next-to-nothing.
When you first start out, you probably don’t have lots to spend for your website, advertising, email campaigns, etc. However, if you want to save money, you need to turn to other resources available to you like time and energy. So, determine how much can you spend on your website and search for the right balance between the time you can dedicate and the money you are ready to invest in your business.
Ways to promote a website without spending a fortune
Some of the ways to promote your website will definitely not be new to you. but here’s the thing. If you need to save money, you have to go for the places with lots of people, try to target the right ones as much as you can and send them to your website.
Have you ever searched for discussion groups and forums where people talk about online casino and forums? There is a staggering amount of results you will encounter. And even though not all of them allow advertising (like website links in the signature), you can find plenty of ways how to get involved.
For example, get involved in the discussions especially that concern the rooms you promote and when you have a chance, contact people via personal messages, offer them help, etc. Remember, you should be solving people’s problems, not selling.
Depending on what exactly you offer your players (news, lessons, personal blog, etc.) think about what social networks can fit you best and dedicate time every day to search for people that you see as potential clients. Let’s say, 5 people a day. Youtube, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, there are dozens of networks to use.
How?
• Define who your ideal customer is.
• Search for places that your ideal customers visit.
• Listen to what kind of problems others are having.
• Interact.
See who liked the post, who commented. What did they say? Does it sound like someone who would find value in signing through you?
Don’t forget to ask people to like and share your posts so others could hear about you.
Also, some places online may not be designed for marketing but still be suitable for you to get traffic. Anywhere you buy, sell, ask or discuss include your website or Facebook group where people could find you and ask more if they want. Even commenting on other people’s blogs, leaving feedback on Amazon, Ebay, etc. can bring you valuable traffic.
Look for cheap help
Even if you can do a lot of things yourself, sometimes paying for help is a better option. Websites like Fiverr are an ideal source to find cheap help. Any kind of help from content to SEO, marketing, Facebook Groups. Anything, really.
Or do the opposite. Offer your help on anything you can do and market your website at the same time.
The most important tip for time-saving and efficiency is targeting your audience. Make sure that you join the communities that your services are relevant to.
And the last thing we want to mention is not all of these ways will be suitable for you. Don't try to do everything at once. Try each one by one, see what is definitely not for you and which ones you need to get deeper.
