SearchHotel.com for sale

[MarkusS]

If you are interested in expanding to non-gambling affiliate areas then you might want to have a look at my site SearchHotel.com which currently is for sale.

I developed it in November-December last year but haven't had time to promote it AT ALL since poker affiliating is keeping me too busy. It is however already indexed with 42,000 pages in Google and has excellent potential for anyone who knows how to SEO.

The site was coded, by myself, from scratch and designed by my own fulltime designer over a course of about 450-500 hours and is connected to IAN.com which is the leading hotel reservation affiliate program (for information about that please visit their site rather than asking me).

The site is very advanced as I've intentionally made it as easy to run as possible, and as such updates itself automatically with new properties every week along with resized photos etc. and creates a SEO:d page for each property, country, city and what not. Any customer support e-mails go straight to IAN.com.

Hence there is no actual work to be done at all on the site except for SEO and to think of and execute other ways of promoting it. One advantage with hotels rather than gambling is of course that it is possible to promote in an endless number of ways, such as PPC.

There is also a lot more possible keywords, some of which are quite easy to rank for, basically any city in the world + hotels. From the biggest such as "new york hotels" to smaller such as "berlin budget hotels". I have tried to make the **** tags as good as possible and have incorporated all of the most popular hotel keyword combinations into all the pages on the site.

There is no point to ask me about traffic details since I haven't actually tried to rank for any keywords at all. Regardless it does get about 500-600 visitors from random small hotel related Google searches per month and has already converted that into reservations a number of times.

Interested and serious parties may send me a private message with their offer in the $XX,XXX range.
