Anybody tried Build Affiliates?

Does anybody have any info about the Build Affiliates Websites people, http://www.buildaffiliatewebsites.com/

I am wondering if there are any problems with their service or what happens if you want to make major changes to your site later.

Thanks for any help you can give, I am looking for a low-cost entry level website.
