SunPoker Cash-Out

Hi,

I'm new to SunPoker, signed up to play in this forums freeroll and to check out the site. I ended up winning $50 in the freeroll! Only problem is, after finally waiitng to get my ECash PIN, I can only cash out $49 of my $100 bankroll (it made me deposit $50 from Neteller)

Can you help me figure out how to cash-out my balance in my SunPoker account? I would love to consider promoting this site but first need to see it can process quick and timely cashouts.

Did you play any hands yet?

I will check with customer service to see why you can only cash-out $49.

lol, same happned to me... i won Pokeraffiliateworld freeroll few weeks ago around $75. then they told me i have to deposit atleast $25. so i did and played 250 rake hands. then when i try to withdraw $150, it says you need a pin number.
which is so werid i have been palying lots of poker room, but never seen you need pin number to wtihdraw money.. nyways they said they will send me in 2 weeks by mail. so i got pin number few days ago.. but sad thing is i lost all my $200. :angry:

so iw as so mad at sunpoker.. it took 3 weeks to get the pin number. lol never played since then.

I think this is a big drawback for all the crypto sites.
You have to wait for the pin coming to your snail-mail-box.
You also have to keep the pin in a safe place, because you will need it not onle the first time you withdraw, but everytime you would like to withdraw.
It's a big turn-off.

Maybe it's time to look into this matter Mark?

Making the cashouts easier?

e.g. Paradise Poker is much better. Once you have made a deposit by Neteller, and you have used the same e-mail adress at Paradise and Neteller, you just tell them how much you would like to withdraw, and push the confirm-button. That's it.

Unfortunately, the PIN number is not in Sunpoker's control. This is a Cryptologic policy and something we are unable to change at this time. The PIN number is a security measure put in place by Crypto.

imteaz, it took 3 weeks for your PIN?
