Sportbook.com - non poker pages?

Is there any way to get landing pages for Sportsbook.com that are not poker themed (particularly for sports betting)? All I see in the PAW system is a link that goes to the poker front page.

Sorry that post slipped by. Per Sportsbook.com, all you need to do is change the number on the end of the btag. Here are a few examples with the proper btag numbers. Let me know if there is another sport you need. I will see if I can come up with the general sportsbook one.

I just made a request for the earnings from last month, but it also gave me the option to request the earnings from so far this month. Is that possible ?

Also how long does it usually take for requests to be sent into pokerstars accounts.
