Party Poker vs. Check N Raise Poker? Which one would you join?

I have played at many of the major poker sites. This is a review of the two I like the best and my opinion of their pros and cons.

Lets start with Party Poker. Has been around for a while. Huge number of players, tables, sit n go tournaments, and most importantly FISH. Has a solid reputation in the poker industry. But is it perfect? Not exactly. The customer service at times can be at the least…frustrating. Many of the secretaries there do not speak English. A lot of the time the response to an issue or complaint is a pretty much standard cut and paste form. Sometimes your questions or problems take several e-mails to resolve. This is where being a BIG site starts to factor in as a HUGE negative. Other than that very few flaws.

CheckNRaise Poker is a neat little site (for now) that opened up in late November/Early December. It still has its glitches that are being worked out. Clientelle is still at a minimum, but growing every day. However there is a different feeling at this site. You get a “friendly” comfy, at home feeling. The hosts often greet you. Players have great conversations and are very hospitable. Customer service is quick, personalized, in English and absolutely exceptional overall. Problems are dealt with genuinely, because most staff are poker players themselves. Promotions are WOW! Lately 100% bonuses are the norm…not only for new players. WSOP poker seats are given away in freerolls that reward customer loyalty. Many other interesting promotions are up and coming in the next few months. You need to check them out! Players are definitely rewarded for loyalty and amount of play. The site is run by Canadians and there is a definite “at home” feeling. And changes that are made, are made mostly due to poker expertise or CUSTOMER INPUT! This WILL be the perfect site by year’s end. And THERE IS NO DOWNLOAD…really cool!

Corpfan1,

This forum is dedicated to affiliates and most likely they will not be using your links to play poker. I will email Jeremy and ask him to set up a section where people can post their spam etc.

Done, Congrats Corpfan you just got your own forum!
