No it just means it hasn't received any PR yet. I think any page without rank yet is gray barred now days.

Hmm, well my site has a white bar and say 0/10.. My site is new, so I just figured that's the way it is.. Or maybe that means I suck at SEO..

Also, what does a banned form goggle page look like now? It use to be the greybar...

On the bright side, using that google domain ranking, it says my site is wirth $50. Heh..

Exactly, it's new. One of the major key factors in the Google PR system is aged domains. While there are many, many factors on how google will sniff you out.

This business does not happen overnight, it takes years of hard work unless you have program niche or very large marketing budget
