Question about link exchanges

[dividend]

I was browsing a link exchange site today and visited a few of the sites in the directory. I noticed that for many sites, they have accepted over 100 link requests, yet I see no "links" page on their website. Is there a reason for this? Are they simply getting others to put up their link and not linking back or is there another explanation?

thanks

If you want some good backlink. submit to paid directory who has PR5 or PR6. also buy some high PR link. that might help you tp get high ranking on search engine.
