.htm, .html, /, or nothing?

Which is better for SEO?

poker.com/poker-bonus.htm
poker.com/poker-bonus.html
poker.com/poker-bonus/
poker.com/poker-bonus

I looked around and didn't find anything on here about this...please direct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks in advanced...

poker.com/poker/bonus/ would be the best alternative, with poker.com/poker-bonus/ being 2nd best. Including the file extension at the end (.htm or .html) limits you in the future, because your webpages all move to new locations if you change to .asp or something like that.
