39 US States welcome + 50% Commission on MGR - Limited Offer!

[royalprofitsmad]

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce Royal Card Club will continue to accept players from 39 USA states. This is standard for Microgaming operators(apart from any that might decide to not accept them at all).

We regret, however, that under the provisions of the ‘Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act’ we will no longer be able to accept online gaming transactions from any player resident in any of the 11 States listed below. The 11 States affected by this Act are as follows:

Illinois
Indiana
Louisiana
Michigan
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
Oregon
South Dakota
Washington
Wisconsin

We will block all player accounts from 1730 GMT +2 on 13 October 2006 but where a player no longer resides in one of these states they should contact for their account to be unblocked. Those players affected by this unfortunate change will have their account balance returned to them via their preferred payment method within 7 days or via check as soon as possible.

To help affiliates cope with this we are offering a special promotion for affiliates who signup before the end of October*. Signup with the Royal Card Club affiliate program at www.royalrake.com before the end of October to receive a special rate of 50% commission on net rake for the first three months, followed by 35% (higher by negotiation depending on gross rake level per month) for life! To take part of this special limited offer or for any questions you may have please signup at www.royalrake.com then email your username to our affiliate manager Maddy at . Maddy will then increase your commission for you.

*Current affiliates who wish to receive this special promotion should email and ask to be upgraded.

Again we regret that we have had to ban 11 of the US States, and we hope to be able to welcome these customers back in the future.
