i have requested withdraw money to my pokerstars account
my PAW status shows transaction finished
but i have got nothing in my Pokerstars account
anyone have the same problem?
Is your PokerStars account set up as a real money account? We had this problem with some other Chinese based affiliates and the issue was that the Stars account was set up as a play money account.
Therefore when we try to transfer funds it gets rejected. Have you deposited into this account before?
