To answer your question, we generally set a deadline of the 20th to issue the payments, but ultimately work at getting it out to our affiliates as soon as possible.
Once we verify all the information we need from the rooms, we issue your statements and you'll be able to request for your earnings. We're looking on schedule to complete payments by the end of this week (just waiting on information from one more room )

Essentially, you can withdraw as soon as your earnings have been issued in a statement (which should be issued no later than the 20th but we're getting earlier each month! )
