Places to Buy Sites

[Rice]

Question....

From everyone's experience, what are the best places to locate older sites (any industry) for sale. I'm looking for sites that are at least one years old, pagerank 4 or more, rich quality content, and not necessarily affiliate sites.

Shoot me a PM w/ some links to places where I can find quality sites from reliable sellers, if you know of any.

Thanks very much.
