Party Poker Monster and MGR

Hi -

Most of the cash game tables and some tournaments are part of the new Party Poker Monster promotion http://www.partypoker.com/monster/

This means for many pots they are now raking an additional $0.50.

I'm wondering how this rake is calculated into MGR.
