Stats Update

Hi all

I thought I'd update you all on the stats problem taking place at Paradise Poker.

While everything was ready on the weekend, the newest server crashed, and needed to be replaced. Thsi has delayed everything over again, and, to my complete frustration, means that it is going to take longer for you to see your stats again.

While I appreciate how hard this is for all of you, I can only assure you that all stats have been saved, and they will get back into our system shortly.

Might be a dumb question but has IT given you any expected timeframe?

Since the stats are being stored, will payments still go out as scheduled, or will this be affected as well?

I wouldn't hold my breath for either...

I'm still AMAZED that Paradise has yet to email or notify their affiliates of this issue. Not every Paradise affiliate is on this forum nor will every affiliate email them to ask. Something this extreme warrants an email and an APOLOGY from Paradise to ALL affiliates.

Sounds like STACKS POKER all over again.

Doubt it will be resolved anytime soon.

Although I love Stephen, Paradise has sunk to the bottom of the poker ocean for me.

Comparisons to Stacks is just dumb. Stacks is a site that never went live. It's a joke.

Paradise is just having a series of unlucky events. Very frustrating for everyone... and I'm pretty annoyed by it. But I just had to comment, because a comparison to Stacks is too much.

I agree with Jay. A comparison to Stacks is not even close. Stacks didn't even get off the ground. Paradise on the other hand is one of the oldest poker rooms. They have a large player base and stacks...LOL. Paradise deals in large volume and REAL MONEY. Stacks? Yeah right...lol.

Your comparison to stacks shows you don't know what you are talking about.

...and one other thing...

We are talking about stats right? Stacks didn't produce a single stat. Well maybe one - they went bust.

I was not comparing the circumstances to STACKS...I was comparing the FRUSTRATION.

I mean there are SOOO many improvements Paradise could make.

1) Bonus codes
2) Show all signups (not just deposits)
3) Give a higher bonus (or a better bonus for affiliates to assign)
4) Update stats in REAL TIME (like Titan, Poker.com)
5) Give more player info (like Poker Heaven)
6) Refresh/add to their promotions (although some are good...I just seem bored)
7) Increase our MGR/CPA (much higher at many other rooms)
8) Allow us to throw cash added freerolls/cash added buy in tournies

Sorry to be negative in any way, but improve these things and I am ALL OVER Paradise Poker promoting. But in the meantime, there are many other places that convert SO much better and are much HIGHER for us affiliates in terms of revenue and reliability.


Stephen...you are da bomb though...just wish you would control the company! Sucks to have bosses though.
