Site Review request | Poker Professor

I've been working on my site on and off for about 3 - 4 months now. I'm now back to working on it full time and have finally completed everything ready for launch.

I've just got a few poker site reviews to complete but apart from that I'm where I want to be. Got something like 80+ pages of content already up, and planning to build that further.

I would really appreciate some feedback / constructive criticism from you guys

Site looks really good.

Great idea of having a monthly quiz to increase your Bankroll.

I quickly glanced over your review's. They are very well layed out with some excellent content.

Looks really nice!

Only thing that sticks to my eyes is the navigation links being gray, can't see them "properly". Though they change into black when you click or put your mouse on them so it's not too big of a thing.

W6w! Very nice layout. Real easy to read. The review section is very sharp. What CMS are you using if you don't mind me asking?

The CMS is Absolute News Manager.NET which is made by Xigla Software www.xigla.com

Very nice site. What is your main theme and what are you trying to get people to do on the site? There is a lot of information on the homepage but ultimately it looks like you want your users to try the poker strategy guide. Is that correct?

Yes thats correct - the main focus is to get the visitors onto the strategy course.

The course then encourages them to sign up at the poker sites, and then builds them up from lower stakes tables up towards the mid to high stakes tables by the end of the course, and hopefully producing some decent rake generating players.

I see, I suppose you are looking to also advertise the course as a seperate entity on the PPC's?

Its not something I've looked into yet. From reading this forum for the past 6 months or so, I was under the impression poker related links wern't permitted in the PPC's?

Sites with links to poker rooms are not permitted on the PPC's but if you have a strategy guide with no links pointing to any online poker rooms, you should be ok.

What you can do then is capture email addresses from people signing up to read your strategy guide, then send a couple offers to them in a follow up email or a newsletter or something you may put out.
