Question On Domain Name Prices

Hey guys,

I'd planned on building a site with the name pokerspaz.com. It seems like a short, memorable name. But then I have several other domains I want to develop as well so I'm not sure how attached I am to this one.

Someone offered me $150 for it. That sounds pretty fair to me, but then if you look on Sedo, short names like that seem to go for alot.

So my question is, what would you do? Keep it and develop your own site with it when you have the time, sell it for $150, or ask for more?

What do you guys think? I'm totally clueless as to what fair prices are for domain names.

A domain name like that has next to no value. Few domain names that aren't exact matches to search queries are worth anything, except when they are an obviously brandable name.

Sedo is full of idiots trying to sell some of the most laughable names for 5 to 10k.

Websites have value, not domain names. If you want to sell something worth something, build a site and sell that. But if you want to go a smarter route, build a site then use it as a site.
